Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a “nose job,” is generally applicable to patients over 18 years of age. This procedure lasts 1 to 2 hours and is performed under general anesthesia. The patient may return home in the same day. Patients are sent home with post surgery instructions and with adhesive nose bandages. Post surgery check ups are given after the second day of healing and then again on the fifth and tenth day. After this ten-day period the recovery is complete. If the patient doesn’t find it socially inconvenient, s/he may return to work on the third day with the adhesive bandages.
