Lipofilling

Lipofilling

Fat transfer is a popular technique in aesthetic surgery. Aging signs occur in the face not only by skin relaxation and wrinkles but also volume depletion. Fat grafts taken from the patients own tissues are implanted for volume requirements. By placing tiny amounts of fat in every motion with thin cannulas, survival of the fat cells is created. The procedure can be repeated some months later if absorbtion degree of grafts necessitate it. Live cells survive as normal cells. Fat transfer can be done for volumetric corrections in the face (malar area augmentation, lip augmentation, correction of nasolabial folds), hand rejuvenation, liposuction complications, scar treatment, penile enlargement, mammary, buttock or calf augmentations
