Ear Aesthetic Surgery
Congenital defects and post-trauma injury can be corrected with ear surgery. Though difficult, this surgery can achieve excellent results. Aesthetic ear surgeries can be made on patients of all ages. Incisions are made behind the ear is re-situated using suspension techniques. Incisions are hidden and visible scarring is minimal.
In young children the operation is done under general anesthesia. Local anesthesia is usually the case for adults. For 6 weeks following the surgery the patient must wrap their ears before going to bed.
